Speed, Agility, and Quickness (SAQ) Training is a vital aspect in making an athlete quicker at there sport. Speed is a complex aspect of sports, made up of many factors. Speed is comprised of flexibility, balance, neurological control, technique, strength, and power. There is not an exercise or two that will consistently make you faster. Agility, or lateral movement, and quickness, change of direction, are aspects of speed for short bursts.

PowerCore’s SAQ program is designed to look at an individual’s deficits in regards to speed, quickness and agility and implement drills in a progressive manner to increase their SAQ for the particular sport they are preparing for.
